Making of “The Sun Song” Music Video.
La Strada’s video for the “The Sun Song” is the rising Brooklyn band’s first official music video. Director Jack Ferry set out to create a visual equivalent of the band’s dynamic old meets new sound, by shooting in locations such as Ellis Island, on cobblestone streets and by adding a worn, textured filter to the film’s look. The result is an atmosphere where La Strada’s old European sound is complemented by modern New York City.
