Training/Burpee Challenge
I was hoping to blog about my workout last night (mile intervals in the freezing cold) and the fundraising push I started working on, but it’s been too crazy of a day! I haven’t even reblogged a puppy! But I will say I completed Day 2 of the Burpee Challenge this morning. My hand is sore, but I’m hoping this will be good for it, and help me build back my shoulder/pushup strength.
Taking the day off training bc of a calf/achilles problem that’s been nagging me, but I bought some goodies to work it out. Tomorrow I hit the pool and Saturday is the Race for Haiti with the Internet Runners Social Club!
