Question for running people!
If I miss a training run, do I make it up or just skip it?
Just watched a runnersworld.com video about this. They say to skip it. Cramming in more running than you are supposed to (in a given amount of time) doesn’t work in your favor (injury, etc). If I can find the link I’ll share it.
