I got up. Ran 13.1 miles. Ate a hot dog at Nathan’s along with some cheese fries. Then I capped my morning off with a ride on the cyclone.  All with my brother.

And no I did not vomit. Not during the race. Not on the rollercoaster.

Hard core.
