Day 1
Yeah, I’m trying this. Who knows, it might help me set some good habits in stone. The goal is no processed, refined sugar, flour, dairy, pasta, bread, etc, while trying to eat 70% raw. Mom ate about the same, but I think she had a green juice smoothie for breakfast, and no coffee or banana (they are not on the cancer diet list).

True Story: My Mom Has Cancer
So needless to say I’ve stepped up (and headed down south) to help her kick cancer in the f*cking face, because that’s how we do.
